Enhanced Ramen Soup
This recipe is almost too embarrassingly easy to publish, but it took 10 minutes and my perennial dining companion loved it. I also feel compelled to ask you to not make this if you are on a low-sodium diet. But here goes:
5 button mushrooms, sliced thin
1 tbsp butter
1 green onion, diced
2 packages ramen chicken flavored noodles
soy sauce if desired
Prepare the noodles according to the package directions. While the noodles are cooking, saute the mushroom in the butter until soft. This takes about 5 minutes. Stir the mushrooms into the chicken noodle mixture. Top with diced green onions. Add a little soy sauce if desired.
