Roast Beef and Cheddar Panini-Style Sandwiches

This recipe serves two people.

8 thin slices Boarshead rare roast beef lunchmeat
4 slices Hoffmann's Super Sharp Cheese
2 Italian Panini rolls
2 TBSP light sour cream
2 TBSP Extra Hot Horseradish Mustard (inglehoffer is one brand to look for)

Heat the Foreman Grill

Slice the rolls in half. Put 1 slice of cheese on each side of the split rolls. Divide lunch meat between the rolls and close to make sandwiches. Put on the Foreman Grill and close the top firmly. Grill for 5 minutes.

Combine the mustard and the sour cream in a bowl - blend well.

When the sandwiches are done, remove from the Foreman Grill and cut in half. Serve each sandwich with 2 TBSP of the sour cream and mustard sauce on the side.
